Ro Spit

RoSpit is definitely one of my favorites. He's up there to say the least. Every time I come back to visit Detroit I always make a pit stop to Burn Rubber to see him and Rick accompanied by my brother Juan (Juan The Blogger of C.L.I.C.). Ro among many other spitters make me proud of the direction Michigan HipHop is going.

The Power of Shawn Carter

You can find so many songs that are offsprings of bars/lines spit by Jay-Z. I know other rappers get sampled too. Im a sampler myself but I wanted to break down Mr. Influentials word play that has generated enough songs to make at least an EP. Just to make things fair  Jay himself used present and past Foes (Nas and Mobb Deep) on his first album Reasonable Doubt (Dead Presidents and D-Evils). But Jay-Z has several. Here's a few. My guy Ro Spit is about to be next. Im already chopping em' up. LOL! "Yeah I sampled ya voice you was using it wrong/you made it a hot line/ I made it a hot song"~Jay-Z-Takeover-Blueprint

1.  Bring Em' Out~T.I. (2004)
No need for a video you already know the song.
2. Im a Hustla~Cassidy (2005)

3. 80s Baby~Ro Spit (2009)

4. All Black Everything~Soulja Boy (2010)

5. Red Bottoms~Ghost Wridah (2010)

So what happened to Mitchell & Ness jerseys ? "I dont wear jerseys I'm 30 plus/give me a crisp pair of jeans ni88a button up"~What more Can I Say

Renaissance State Of Mind

This is one of my good fellas back in Michigan, Ro Spit. For those that dont know, he is co-owner of one of my brand heroes Burn Rubber. This song has been heralded by many as the official Detroit anthem. Jay-z and Alicia Keys' Empire State of Mind inspired.
